In addition, a visitor’s tax of € 4.80 per person/day will be charged.

Cancellation terms

For winter 2025/2026 (beginning of October 2025 until the end of April 2026)

For summer 2026

For winter 2026/2027 (end of October 2026 until the end of April 2027)

A deposit is requested to secure the booking
Until 14 days before arrival, your stay can be cancelled free of charge
Subsequently, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, we charge the total amount of the booking

The following travel dates are excluded:

Carnival 2026: February 14. 2026 to February 21. 2026
Christmas/New Year’s Eve 2026/2027: December 25. 2026 to January 02. 2027
Carnival 2027: January 30. 2027 to February 14. 2027
For these travel dates applies:
Deposit of a fixed amount at the time of booking (20% of the total amount).
Until 21 days before arrival, your stay can be cancelled free of charge
Subsequently, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, we charge the total amount of the booking
